Canadian insider/escrow shares

I thought someone would ask:

Part of our elevation to Tier 1 status on the TSX-V Exchange is a change in rules concerning Escrow shares. The original Escrow agreement stated that the shares were released over 3 years. We get a percentage of those shares sent to us each six months and have since we went public in 2006-March I believe. We should have had 2 more releases in September of this year and March of 2009. The change in Status allowed all these shares to be released now as the Escrow Hold period for Tier 1 is 18 months.

The shares were a surprise to the company as the Trust company who holds the shares picked up on the change of status and sent the shares out immediately.

I asked "are they free trading" and the answer is yes. This does not concern us one single bit as we know who the holders are they are all insiders. I doubt very much you will see any of them doing any selling. AFter all if they wanted to sell they all have their own shares to sell anyhow.

Basically in a nut shell, instead of the escrow shares being released over time they all came at once.

Things are starting to heat up again. I think we can count on some additional coverage coming our way shortly. Other than the disappointing share price (this should be short-lived) things are rapidly progressing. Everything seems to be following into place.

If you are not in right now perhaps you may want to look at this. For us longs who have been here a long time a little more patience is required
