db16, you can normally find insider information thru your electronic broker and if for some reason your broker doesn't provide it, you can click on the Canadian Insider site.

 Also I found out that Critchy sold 110,000 shares to a friend/family member in a crossover trade @1.16...So do't worry the sky isn't falling.(lol)
