potential is there... but remember even if those other targets don't pan out, this is still undervalued. Before we were talking about these 2 other targets, we were talking about a $8 target price. So this play just keeps getting better.

What we need the most is for these markets to confirm a bottom so all the cash on the sidelines can come in and play with us.
