I talked to Crichy this AM

First off, I am going to try and remember everything he said. He answers every question with a usual long explanation so you have to listen very carefully. Almost like " I asked him for the time and he explained to me how to build a watch!"

Therefore do not take this as 100% fact as I am going by memory and do not want to say anything that could hurt the integrity of TTM and Crichy (and to a lesser extent myself).

1) The last PR. For those who do not understand the latest PR and the significance of it listen up. An industry source spoke to Crichy and said "that is one of the best PR's that TTM has every put out." I quote from that release, "Importantly, CHU E001 appears to extend the western boundry of the EAST high grade zone an additional 150 meters." This gentleman said that in reality that acutally increased the east pit by about "40" percent!

Also in the West high grade zone "300 meters to depth" this is high grade which also increases the west pit by about "40 percent" in depth with high grade moly. Now this should finally put to rest those who say that this was not a good PR because of "poor results" as this proves it just isn't so.

2) PP should be closed this week. He cannot say who are the major buyers only that there is a mix of retail and institutional.

3) Financing. I asked "why did TTM suddenly increase the PP from what was only going to be about 3 million to about 9million"? Reason is things are happening so fast at the Chu and they had what they believed at the time a very good offer so they accepted it. There were offers for much more but the board decided why have money you cannot spend. What this means is "WE NOW HAVE BETWEEN 15-16 MILLION AND THAT IS PLENTY TO TAKE US THROUGH 2008! Good job, they had the chance to secure financing at a good price and no need to do it again. We need that financing to aggresively pursue our interests in the "chu".

4)3rd and 4th rig. Rig number 3 will likely be operational right after their x-mass break, (first week of January). Its purpose is to define areas to 43-101 our resource. Rig #4 Falcon drilling said that there could be a rig number "4" for our use. If we decided to use rig number 4 it would likely be for exploration purposes.

5) What about the exploration zones "northeast and southwest". Ongoing samples look encouraging especially in the "southwest zone". My guess here is a likely scenerio for the "4th" rig?

6)Board meeting. Very good meeting and very important as the board has some new and "very knowledgable" people onside. Also the board members who some have many "irons in the fire" elsewhere are starting to concentrate more time and effort for TTM. They are looking for people with more engineering experience and they think they found them. Once again we are looking past the present and towards the future. Much to talk about as inside of the last year we went from a another "moly spec play" to a "moly resource play".

In closing:
Did not talk about buyouts and likely and unlikely scenerios, try and stick with the facts.

Here are my thoughts in order of significance:
1) Latest assays, very much overlooked especially by the inexperienced, these are indeed tremendous results.

2) Financing, this is very reasurring that we now will be financed for 2008 already. And between the lines, there were offers of double the financing if we wanted it. (someone wants in bad)!

3) New people on board, eager and knowledgable!

I see nothing but "blue sky" in the horizon. In one years time I would think buying at $1.21 would be a tremendous bargain.
