Thanks mz you beat me to it.
Really grades are just part of the equation. You have to tabulate the results of each hole, length, width, %moly and where is it shallow, deep etc.
Lots of moly finds the moly gets better as you go deeper which increases the cost of mining. A good scenerio is a "starter pit" and then go deep. Roca is trying to determine if their resouce goes deeper as they are deep drilling. Its all economics, for instance last summer GGL was drilling for diamonds in Northern Manitoba or the territories, and found a good strike of nickel. Stock went from pennies to I think a buck 50 or more. There was lots of enthusiasm of the next big nickel find. Problem is how do you get the ore out of there? It is all fly in and winter ice roads. Works good for diamonds as you can carry your diamonds out in your lunch box. Its all about profit. You can have a lower grade open pit mine right on a busy highway that would be more profitable than a high grade strike in a very remote area of the world.
With our close proximity to 16 highway and TCM we are in a good spot with a choice of options.
