None that I am aware of.  I think there were those that got tired of waiting for the PR to come out, sold, see we are going higher and do not want to get "left on the platform when the train leaves the station"! 

If anybody remembers the show "Silver Streak" with Gene Wilder, he keeps getting tossed off the train, and then runs and makes a feable attempt to get back on.  Only to get left standing there with a long face.  Believe me there are some doing that already.
