Sustainable Energy's SUNERGY Inverters Certified for Germany and Other Markets

Sustainable Energy Technologies Ltd (TSX VENTURE:STG) ("Sustainable Energy" or the "Company") announced today that its SUNERGY(TM) ELV (extra low voltage) and SUNERGY(TM) LV (low voltage) inverters have been certified for interconnection with the power grid in Germany, as well as France, Belgium and the Czech Republic, which have adopted the German interconnection for their solar PV installations.

The SUNERGY(TM) ELV (extra low voltage) and SUNERGY(TM) LV (low voltage) have been certified to "DIN VDE 0126-1-1" standards by Berufsgenossenschaft Energie Textil Elektro Medienerzeugnisse a German certification agency. Sustainable Energy has begun production and first deliveries of a 230 volt AC output with a nominal 5,000 watt AC power output. Peak conversion efficiencies are measured in excess of 96.3%.
