I quess one has to understand the purpose of the drill program. First you have to find the structures you are looking for then you target anomolies that are of interest. If SGR thinks that the Shoreline Basalt is the key feature for reasons stated in past presentation, then having confirmed the structure on your property is a big step in the right direction. As I understand it, SGR at first thought that the Hinge was the game changer, however further drilling was not confirming their model as grades were not as high as expected along the RLM unit. The Shoreline Basalt was filtering out much of the richness of the flow before it got to the SAM structure. Lots more drilling and detective work to do as the overburden makes it a little more difficult to operate on the Strikepoint claims. No one wants to waste money drilling just for the sake of drilling. Everyone hates dilution so I for one am big on the detective work before the drilling.
