StrikePoint Gold Inc., in the exploration stage as of Dec. 31, 2009, engages in the acquisition,
exploration, and development of mineral properties in Canada. It principally explores for gold in Manitoba.All of the company's active properties are located in Manitoba's Rice Lake gold belt and represent early-stage, high-risk exploration projects.As of late February 2010, StrikePoint Gold had eight exploration projects in the Rice Lake gold belt comprising 172 claims covering 31,811 hectares. The projects are subdivided into the Goldridge, Ultra, Poundmaker, Angelina, Contact, Gem, Beresford Lake and Strike Point properties. Exploration activities during 2009 were carried out on the Goldridge, Ultra, Poundmaker and Strike Point properties. None.UNITS SOLD PRIVATELY: In December 2007, the company completed a private placement
of 6,000,000 Units at Canadian Dollar (C$) 0.10 per Unit for total gross proceeds of C$600,000. Each of 1,350,000 of the Units consisted of one Common share and one Common share purchase warrant, and each of 4,650,000 of the Units consisted of one Common share issued on a flow-through basis and one Common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitled the holder to acquire one Common share at C$0.13 per share.In January 2008, the company completed a private placement of 1,200,000 Units at C$0.10 per Unit for total gross proceeds of C$120,000. Each Unit consisted of one Common share and a warrant to purchase one Common share at C$0.13 per share.In February 2009, the company completed a private placement of 6,000,000 Units at C$0.07 per Unit for total gross proceeds of C$420,000.
