Actually SGR has a 50% JV with SKP on maybe half of the Western belt (doesn't include the rest of WEL, or COU, or BGE) , that would equate to 75% by SGR and only 25% by SKP. Also note, SGR owns and controls the mill, the deep mine shaft, the equipment, the trained labor force.
