The last bunch of shares we bought were in the 29-31 range so I would consider an offering to be fair in the .40 range if it had a warrant attached at a reasonable exercise price. I usually do all my buying at market but I thought I had more time. I think I would probably want to know how the money was to be spent as a tecnicality to my comfort zone.
