I viewed it and you can see where it's headed. Would be nice to get a mention from the release on SKP JV... Then another few years tbefore we get another mention of the skp/wel jv.... because to me's it looks like it's headed toward wel as well.../ and that explains why skp is so interested in the poundmaker..
