Traps I know I was being a little negative when Marum was getting beaten down. But I think the main reason was that I was not able to get filled where I wanted to get filled at .025. I was very surprised to see how well it has stayed strong and that is why I started buying again at .085. But since the PP offer I stopped nibbling to get some of that too before the price gets higher. I hope I get some because I would hate to not get in on that also. It's cheap at .07 with a warrant attached.
Last PP closed January 21, 2008 - Further to Marum's news release dated January 2, 2008, we are pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced private placement of 1,200,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.10 per unit, for gross proceeds of up to $120,000 (the “Offering”). Each unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. One warrant and $0.13 will entitle the placee to acquire one additional common share in the capital of the Company for a period of two years from the date of issuance. 100% of the units were issued on a flow-though basis.
