Traps I know I was being a little negative when Marum was getting beaten down. But I think the main reason was that I was not able to get filled where I wanted to get filled at .025. I was very surprised to see how well it has stayed strong and that is why I started buying again at .085. But since the PP offer I stopped nibbling to get some of that too before the price gets higher. I hope I get some because I would hate to not get in on that also. It's cheap at .07 with a warrant attached.

Last PP closed January 21, 2008 - Further to Marum's news release dated January 2, 2008, we are pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced private placement of 1,200,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.10 per unit, for gross proceeds of up to $120,000 (the “Offering”). Each unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. One warrant and $0.13 will entitle the placee to acquire one additional common share in the capital of the Company for a period of two years from the date of issuance. 100% of the units were issued on a flow-though basis.

February 4, 2008 - Marum Resources Inc. (TSXV:MMU) (“Marum”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an option agreement with Wildcat Exploration Ltd. (TSXV:WEL)(“Wildcat”) to earn a 100% interest, subject to Wildcat's right to retain up to a 35% interest, in 72 claims (12,176 ha) representing a portion of Wildcat's Poundmaker property at the west end of the Rice Lake Gold belt. Wildcat has announced that it will retain 26 claims covering 3,398 ha. in the southeast quadrant of the Poundmaker property where it is currently exploring gold targets.

Time will tell the story. Since San is manipulated beyond belief it is still not to late to pick up marum and the neighbours. As you always said. Control the belt...
