The more I think about this, the cheaper Strathmore looks. Assuming this deal goes through, the company will have about $35MM in cash. If you use $2/lb to value their uranium resources (~37MM lbs) and add in the $35MM cash, then the stock should be priced at $1.52, or about 150% higher than where it is trading now. That looks like a conservative approach to me, but comments and criticisms are welcomed.
