for a coompany that consistantly say they're all financed for the project they seem to continously dilute the sh equity, it's a small financing but the rate and terms sure point to a poor financing enviroment and a management that doesn't seem to understand how to put decent deals together. 14 percent wow...they better get this up and running before they give away all the meat on the bone....grrr
