You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
Not so easy to tell but it looks like it maybe coming, I think that PEM is great buy right now even if Take Over offer will not come but if come there will be I will say at least 100% gain in no time...
