U basically holds uranium, so in theory it tracks the price, but like anything else, it can trade a fair bit above or below the spot price. Spot price info comes out Monday nights, but I don't subscribe. I find out Tuesday nights.http://www.uxc.com/review/uxc_Prices.aspx
