There was an interesting story about China this weekend. They have taken over large mines and land masses in the Congo that have metals such as Cobalt. They are also treating the miners brutally in cases several or more deaths have occurred. The miners forage for Cobalt in particular with pick and shovel and get paid next to nothing. They have also moved into the chicken industry putting many of the local producers at risk. Very interesting program.
