Honestly don't know to say here.Its a chicken and egg argument.As I understand it,they need $10m in the bank in order to get the debt financing they are looking for.To accomplish this,they hope to have the .30 and .35 warrants exercised.Of course it seems the stock is waiting for the financing to get settled before it starts to move up.Hence the stalemate.
