Last week the kids were extremely bullish, and they were right (for a change). This week, bulls down 5.9 to 45, bears up 1.1 to 25.4. Not as extreme as last week, but still more bullish than historical average, so still a negative. However, the fact that they got more cautious when the market moved up, is positive. So call it a wash......
