(??) rick rule with eric king this morning

Eric King has an interview with Rick Rule this morning where they pump Lydian and Esperanza. Eric did the same thing awhile back when he pushed Olivut with Pierre Lassonde. I'm no lawyer, but does anyone else think he may be crossing the line from the realm of "worldnews" into the area of conflict of interest?
