I read a while back that DON has to spend $25 mil. on exploration by May 31/11 to earn their 35%. They have purposely only spent $24.1 mil., so as not to trigger that option. This way they are not liable for any construction costs until May 31/11. A year from now the market cap will be a lot higher plus millions of warrants excersised. I can`t see Xstrata letting that happen.
