Gee, Bin Laden or KMK - tough call.
Don't mean to sound real negative, but I'm a little less confident that a takeout is going to happen - at least until I dump my shares, lol. Most of the time buyouts take much longer than investors anticipate, and this one has extra twists. We're dealing with Chinese companies, after all. It's easy to think they are competing for KMK, but that may not be the case at all. Anything is possible in China. They could be waiting for permission from the government, or could simply be waiting for a drop in the stock in order to buy it on the cheap. Point is, nobody really knows.
As long as investors believe in the buyout story, it shouldn't break down, and as long as it doesn't break down, it's a hold. But if it closes below 1.88, I'm out - story or no story.
