I think FOS is one of the safest things to own right now. I own a lot of it, and I would buy more if it fell in sympathy with the market. They have lots of cash, low cash burn, and a nice potash property they are just holding until better days. I think someone is going to either buy them or their property. Even if nothing happens, there doesn't seem to be a lot of downside - a good place to park cash.
