As you may know, to respond to the enormous growth within the Community, we re-aligned our automatic promotions algorithms. In order to be promoted to the Vice President, President, and HUB Leader echelon’s, users should maintain a rating of 3.0, 3.3, and 3.7 stars respectively.

These numbers are mathematical and objective. Sometime’s, this doesn’t reflect a members value within a Community – which is why we are here to help.
