That was a nice day trade - & gutsy too. I didn't have the courage to try that.
Took a peek at the closing bid - it was right at 1.40, so maybe a little bounce Monday. I'll be trying to unload the remainder of my position on any bounce. We'll see how it trades Monday, but it may need some serious promotion or a large buy order to keep it propped up.
I'm probably not allowed to say this, but HTR may be in trouble. I have no idea what the drill results mean, just that investors didn't like it. A gap down with a red candle - not good. Hasn't been trading long enough to build much technical support either. Except for its first day of trading, it hasn't traded below 1.20. Any close below that, and there's no telling where the bottom would be.
There's a further problem. The PMs are badly underperforming the market and currently in a seasonally weak period. The Venture exchange is on the verge of rolling over - it's one of the few indexes that have not made a new high. While the overall market is still strong, it's getting more selective, and it's not selecting juniors any more. Barring a big jump in gold next week, things are starting to look rather shaky in the junior PM sector.
