This is just one of these stocks where Peter's opinion and the technicals disagree. This happens on occasion - nobody can be right all the time. It's been my experience that when the technicals and [perceived] fundamentals disagree, it's usually better to go with the technicals. Typically, the stock will start moving before the reason becomes apparent. This is what happened with ATW.v & HGC.v (not sure if any bad news is out on this yet). I'm not saying this will necessarily happen to EVG, but it is acting very poorly technically - support at .90 is broken, and it's in a very dangerous thin zone (no real support until .50-.60). Somebody keeps selling stock, maybe they know something, maybe they just have to pay the mortgage, I don't know. But the chart sure looks ugly.
