IMRISneuro runs on a "rail" which may raise structural issues in some facilities -- actually, now that I take a closer look, purchase of the unit would involve the actual construction of a three room OR facility. Again, potential qualified customer base would appear to be limited to a small pool, as "teaching hospitals" and institutions with the capacity and funds to grow a new OR facility are far and few between . Looks like a great unit & company, but I pose the question: At what point does our medical technology begin to outrun available financial resources?
