Korea Electric Power wins a major deal to build 4 nuclear power plants in United Arab Emirates for $20 billion. Many analysts are expecting the South Korean Utility to win more as they offer an experienced, efficient and affordable team compared to their competitors GE and Areva. Many say they are the frontrunners on price.
Where will the nuclear fuel come from? That idea has already crossed Korea Electric’s mind. If you remember my older post I mentioned how Korea Electric made a huge investment in Denison. Denison will be a major supplier. The connection is clear. However, KEP is hitting new highs, Denison remains cheap at these levels and a screaming buy.
At these levels DNN is a great deal to get in on the global development of nuclear power over the next 10 years. I expect a significant move higher as demand for nuclear fuel increases.
