I don't claim to be an experienced investor, but my hypothesis is that the extent of your perceived "divergence" hinges primarily on the movement of the USDollar in relation to the Canadian Loonie. It is more a function of FOREX than it is attributable to the volume of purchases through TSE vrs. PINK/OTC.
