One of the newsletters I follow, Outstanding Investments (has a great rating in Hulbert Digest), suggests that SSRI is a good play now. As he put it this is a top choice for his current portfolio.

But as silver and gold continue to rise and the dollar continues to fall with Washington's fiscal lunacy and the Fed printing press, the value of SSRI's mineral assets will rise substantially. One share of SLW represents about 5 ounces of future silver production without mining or exploration expense. However One share of SSRI represents 25 oz. of silver and .32 oz of gold. I'm starting to buy more SSRI."
