Butler's weekend interview was very postive on silver to the extent of telling his subscribers now may be the time to start buying as a botton is certainly in sight. Summary follows:

* Liquidation in silver much greater than gold and therefore bottom for silver looking more likely

* Silver is now close to if not oversold - means risks associated with buying silver has come way down

* Advised his subscribers to start putting "some dry powder to work"

* More convinced that there will be a price explosion in silver

* He has been waiting for the CFTC to rule on the speculative short positions and thinks they may have been waiting for the new banking regulation which was just passed by the House. Susan's thoughts on this point - I got the definite impression that Butler believes that the CFTC's action when it comes will be very positive for silver's price.
