Cliff - with only a month worth of trading data, there's just no way to get a proper technical read. So, unless you're daytrading this one, you'll have to base any trade on fundamentals or coin tosses.

Personally, I'm not good at fundamental-based trading, so I just ignore anything with less than a year's worth of chart data.
