You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
Personally I think it is in a flag building formation, and when that is done it goes higher. If the markets decide to correct this could change....but at this point in time that's what I think is forming. A break of the recent .26 may change that thought.
