don't follow the specifics of the co.to coment...sounds like debenture holders are being converted to common and most likely the sp weaking is threating that???Norm. if a debenture is converted it could dilute alot....anyhow just taking a stab at an answer....so if this conversion is threatened because they are not getting what they thought because of a weaker sp, it could mean more shares have to be issued which the market may not like???
