Susan...your're a vp in my mind....I have to read up on this. I think it's a hub thing where all can vote on your post quality. Since the membership is low yet it may take time. It also goes by the number of times you post...but really not sure yet. I believe the demo vid to the left explains it but just haven't watched it yet.
