I believe they were late in filing their quarterly report. Statmon hasn't had a true CFO for a while now (prudently trying to contain costs until the sales pipeline opens up) so getting the quarter done took more time. Since they are a repeat offender, they were dropped to the pinks. However, they can and will reapply to the OTCBB. Hopefully it will only be a matter of weeks before they are reinstated.
