Why was this done on a semi-continual basis? Why not move it straight to continual instead of wasting time? Looks like we will have a minimum of 25 million more shares in the float in order to build this pilot plant? It will take a lot to get the SP anywhere now with the huge float. I do not see us going to 20 cents unless we get some major news or a reverse split, which is more likely imo.
