This is from the website, this pink/brown garnet clusters, does anyone know hwat that means? Is this more indictator minerals, could it be possible that a diamond dike crossed over or very close to the sulphides that they were shooting For?
North Zone
The first target is a strong northeast-trending anomaly detected using airborne electromagnetic, VTEM survey data. This target, referred to as the North Zone, is approximately 3.0 kilometres in length and is located 1.5 kilometres north of the Main West Zone. The gossan, which on surface is laterally persistent, and ranges in width from 30 centimetres to greater than 2 metres, appears to follow a plane between well defined layered units of the FLIC. The zone also shows signs of local displacement and strong boudinage. During 2008, 6 holes were cored in the North Zone totaling 2,164 metres. All six of these holes had similar lithologies to those of the West Zone differing only in a slight increase in alteration and metamorphism. It was noted in the top of the holes to be more re-melted with stronger shearing and an increase in the pink/brown garnet clusters. The sulphide mineralization in these holes consists of varying amounts of pyrite and phyrrotite, with trace amounts of chalcopyrite. The higher concentrations of these sulphides occur as semi-massive and disseminated sulphides at the top of the holes with lesser amounts of finely disseminated pyrite continuing at depth.
