Lanny re that crossover. I don't know either but perhaps it is a case of keeping it "all in the family"? Maybe one member was getting close to insider status and "willed it" to a family member. I would love to know who really does own this stock and has kept themselves under the radar. Perhaps Andre would also be surprised.
