It just does not seem to matter whether or not the market goes up or down. The majors and of course the juniors either keep getting hammered or stay in the basement, share price wise. Strange definition of a 'free market'.
I believe that the current euphoria that centers around the Dows performance of late will be short lived because there is no guts or fiber behind the rise in that indicator. How can printing money for bailouts and borrowing and or angling and maneuvering for a position to receive a seemingly endless supply of toxic [counterfeit currency] printed greenbacks, help pay off or pay down the toxic paper debt that the greedy business community has created, ever hope to be the answer to this problem. Perhaps they can borrow time BUT down we will go like a sinking ship because at the heart of the matter is a bunch of guys with hard hearts and a bad mind set. The Fed, a PRIVATE group of bankers, has never had an audit done on it. Their arrogance is deeper than the debth of the Great Lakes which is also the final home of thousands of other sunken ships. My hope and desire, which we will not likely see, is to see a new deck dealt in Washington DC AND on Wall Street.
Back to SRU and the market we have chosen for our investment monies to go into, I obviously believe that the commodities market in general and the metals market in particular will be the first sector to bounce back and surge forth. IMO, after many more of the so-called big guys take further lumpings and many more investors get hurt, as a result of the GROWING derivative debacle and other worn out schemes; many small, medium and large investors will be looking for some type of 'safe haven' to place what is left of their remaining cash. First the producing metals companies will benifit, then the developing juniors and then the exciting exploration companies.
Finally folks, I can't tell you why I am very grateful and thankful every day not just on our Thanksgiving Day because that would be a topic for religious discussion. However, there is always the off topic forum that can be utilized for those that might be interested in discussing such matters.
All the best,
Jerry Francis
