The governments will do their part IMO. This means the federal as well, they will help with any infrastructure needed, to get the jobs and the economy on solid footing up there, as well as the possibility of getting cheaper electricity than what is currently available. This project could possibly employ hundreds of people for a few generations, that is not to be overlooked by anyone.
