Perp, I have tried to breakdown this post into seperate sections so that you will be able to answer in like manner as this will help us out. Thanks.

You mentioned the word afraid in your post. Are you afraid to say whether or not you are a

A] Starfield Resources Incorporated shareholder? Are you?

B] Are you entertaining the thought of joining a billionaire winner like Seymour Schulich in his belief that Starfield Resources is a winner and will succeed in going to production or getting bought out at a very nice price? Please answer.

B] Your obvious implication in paragraph 1, is that since Seymour Schulick does not have a 100% batting average he just might be wrong concerning Starfield Resources. Do you know for a fact when he purchased that stock and when he sold. or how many shares he had or if he even took a loss? No perp, I am not afraid of that are you? Let me ask you, does that possibility frighten you?

C-1] Why is it that ALL of your posts come with that old familiar innuendo attached to them? You know where you are 'admonishing' the forum to 'look at all aspects of the company' and to be careful to 'watch out for this and that possibility'? Are you trying to warn or make us well rounded investors? What say ye perp?

C-2] Continuing on with this thought. Is the real reason for your presence on this forum because you are trying to be a nice guy and simply help us O R in hopes that more smaller investors will sell so you and others like you can buy cheap shares during dry times? **A good example of your 'so-called informative posting style' is the way in which you phrased yourself in paragraph 3. You spoke of 'hurdles and problems' to overcome. [no positives though]. In paragraph 4 &5 you talk about nickel being sharply down and implied that the FL project was based on much higher prices and that the Ferguson Lake project is looking worse and worse. Of course [as per usual] you omit all the other metals [and positives] and again the documented knowledge experience and credentials of Starfield's leadership. All this, WHILE AT THE SAME TIME, neglecting to state what your documented credentials are.**A comment on your expertise would be helpful to us. Thanks again.

D] Have you ever [or are you presently] posting on the Stockhouse SRUBB forum? May we ask you under which name you posted therat? Don't be afraid to answer that question son it won't hurt you any but again it is a question directed to you.

Regards,

Jerry Francis
