With about 150+ million shares in the hands of the funds and at least 63 people that have a milion shares each along with the 30 million in Seymours camp, someone thinks this stock is hot. Starfield isn't ready for the world to pounce upon yet, but as you can see some biggies have already got the lions portion at the low prices. These commercial holders are poised to pounce when [not if] the time comes. We do not even know how many of these type of folks have private shares of Starfield in their personal accounts.
