"2) Is the pilot plant up and running now and what is the anticipated time frame for completition of the Stage II Benchmark of the R&D initiative with Iconic Minerals. (Stage II of the development "is defined by an independent report describing results of initial pilot mining operations and the processing of a minimum of one (1) metric ton in a simulated industrial environment.)"
