Hello, this is a reccuring question that we touched in the video segments. 

Let me try to answer it better here.

There is enough resources and manpower to attack all of the 4 business segments at once. 

While we wait for permits for intervention, or waiting for lab results after an intervention, we can assign the manpower to the other business segments.

As for your palladium question:

Everyone who knows me will tell you that I have been a palladium bug for decades. I care about Pd. But you can chose to swim against the current or use it to go where you want to go.  Currently Gold is this strong current, it should allow us to increase our capitalisation and has a direct impact on our capacity to raise money to work on the palladium assets.
