1) In the NR you said that the MOU are still good and other still want to do business. Because we have been kept in the dark how do we know how many actually existed vs what you're saying?  It can't be all perfect.

2) Frank - We all loved you're big picture.  My concern is can you deliver, and more importantly can your team?

3) Rumor is your team has chosen to stay with you.  What happens if they leave?  Are you dependent on them?
