If the debentures were closed, I am sure that SX would disclose that immediately.

But it has been over a month since the NR of bringing on Gravitas. I would imagine the DD process has been completed, and I would consider that material information if it has. If this is the case, could you please ask SX management to release that information and update shareholders on the progress of the acquisition.
