1) Why hasn't the 1st tranche closed?
2) If this was such an exceptional deal why hasn't institutional investors thrown money at it?
3) Sheldons involvement with any company is nerv wrecking, is he still invested with SX?, how many shares does he hold?
4) How long does the process take of securing a patent take?, When did you file for it?, Where is this information available?
5) When do you expect the complete closing of the ZeU deal?
