I don't know if this means anything ,but,here goes.

Prior to the last financing we got an unsecured debenture=1million shares for $250k or 25 cents a share. pp was done at 40 cents.Why give someone money that isn't secured if you have a pretty good idea you will get it back and then some. Also the risk of giving it to a microcap company on the venture.

The $500k/666,666 shares values those shares at 75 cents. Will we see the sp/pp higher than 75 cents? I have no idea. Would like it to be and maybe history is on our side!
